Thai cucumber salad
Prepare ingredients.
Chop 1/4-1/2 red onion finely.
Transfer to a small bowl.
Grate 2-3 centimeters of ginger.
Remove seeds from 1-2 red chili peppers (optional).
Chop the red chili pepper finely (optional).
Add the red chili pepper to the spices (optional).
Add 2 tablespoons of fish sauce.
Add juice from 1/2-1 lime.
Mix the ingredients.
And then put aside.
Peel 2 cucumbers.
Cut the cucumber in half.
Remove seeds from the cucumber.
Cut the cucumber into pieces (as shown in the picture).
Transfer to a bowl.
Prepare 1/2-1 bunch of mint.
Chop the mint leaf finely.
Add the mint to the cucumber.
Add the dressing.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar (optional).
Mix in gently.
Marinate for at least 15 minutes.


In this refreshing salad, crisp cucumbers and aromatic mint are tossed with a tangy dressing made with lime juice, fish sauce, shallot or red onion, ginger and fiery red chiles.


2 cucumbers
1⁄2 bunch mint (1/2-1 bunch)
1 lime
1⁄4 red onion (1/4-1/2)
2 ginger (2-3 cm)
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 red chili peppers (optional)
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
