Caramel pudding
Prepare ingredients.
Put 1 liter of milk into a cooking pot.
Add 6-10 drops of vanilla flavor.
Grate 1 orange peel and add to the milk.
Heat the milk without boiling over.
Transfer the milk to a bowl.
Add 150 grams of sugar.
Stir until the sugar is mixed well.
Grease casserole with butter or cooking oil.
Put 100 grams of sugar into a cooking pot.

Add the sugared milk.
Beat until the mixture is really light and creamy.
Transfer to the casserole.
Place the casserole on the baking sheet.
Fill the baking sheet with enough water.
Heat oven to 160°C (circulating air).
Bake for 90 minutes.
Remove casserole from the oven.
Cool slightly.
Let it rest overnight in the refrigerator.
