Prepare ingredients.
Put 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds into a frying pan.
Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for two to three minutes or until the seeds turn brown.
Put 1/2-1 liter water and 1/2-1 chicken breast into a pot.
Bring to a boil until the meat is cooked. Drain.
Slice chicken breast fillet thinly. Put aside.
Bring 1 liter of water to a boil.
Put 300 grams ramen noodles into the boiling water.
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
Drain well.
Let flow cold water over noodles briefly so that they do not stick together and do not swell any further.
Transfer to a bowl.
Add pieces of meat.
Add 6-10 prawns.
Seed a red bell pepper and cut it lengthwise.
Chop 1 onion finely.
Add chopped bell pepper and onion to the noodles.
Add 200 grams of soybean sprouts.
Mix in gently.
Heat up 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wok.
Put the noodles and vegetables into hot oil when it starts to smoke.
Stir frying briefly.
Add 1 tablespoon of mirin.
Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
Continue stir frying briefly.
Distribute the noodles on bowls.
Chop 1 scallion finely and add chopped scallion to the bowl.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

200 grams soybean sprouts
1 onion (or red onion)
1 red bell pepper
1 scallion

2 tablespoons cooking oil (2-3 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon mirin (a kind of rice wine, but with a lower alcohol content and higher sugar content)
3 tablespoons soy sauce (3-5 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
