Summer salad
Prepare ingredients.
Put 50-80 grams of rucola into a bowl.
Cut 8 yellow cherry tomatoes in half.
Add cherry tomato pieces to the rucola.
Cut 8 red cherry tomatoes in half.
Add red cherry tomato pieces also to the rucola.
Cut 8 dark red cherry tomatoes in half.
Add dark red cherry tomato pieces to the bowl.
Cut 4 field cucumbers into thin slices.
Add pieces of the field cucumber to the bowl.
Add 200 grams of canned maize.
Add 100-150 grams of canned black olive.
Cut 250 grams of feta cheese into cubes.
Add the feta cheese to the bowl.
Chop 1/2-1 red onion finely.
Put the chopped red onion into a small bowl.
Chop the parsley finely.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of chopped parsley to the chopped onion.
Add juice of 1/2 lemon.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Add 1/3 teaspoon of pepper powder.
Add 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Stir until everything is mixed well.
Pour the dressing over the salad mixture.
Mix in gently.

3 tablespoons olive oil (3-4 tablespoons)
