Pisang Molen
Prepare ingredients.
Peel 4-5 bananas.
Cut bananas into chunks.
Cut 200-300 grams cheese into slices.
Cut a banana chunk in half.
Add  a slice of cheese to 2 banana chunks.
Repeat step 5-6 until banana has been used.
Put aside.
Grease baking sheet with butter or cooking oil.
Prepare puff pastry.
Cut puff pastry into desired size.
Put banana/cheese combination on a puff pastry piece.
Fold the left corner into the middle of the pastry.
Fold the right corner into the middle of the pastry, to meet the left.
Roll the bottom up ...
... until you've finished folding the puff pastry.
Repeat step 12-16 until banana/cheese combination has been used.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Prepare 1 egg yolk.
Wet upper part of the banana wrappers with egg yolk.
And then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Push baking sheet into the hot oven.
Bake until the top of the banana wrappers is brown enough.
Remove pisang molen from the oven and let cool down.
Prepare serving.
Serve without any sauce ...

200 grams cheese (200-300 grams)
