Mie Ayam Bangka
Prepare ingredients.
Heat 3-4 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wok.
Prepare 4 garlic cloves.
Squeeze the garlic and put into the hot oil.
Fry garlic until it starts to get fragrant.
Add 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Stir briefly.
Add 6-8 tablespoons of water.
Bring to a boil.
Transfer to a small bowl.
And then put aside.
Cut 250 grams of common mushroom into thin slices.
Cut 1 chicken breast into pieces (without bone and skin).
Chop 4 garlic cloves finely.
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wok.
Put chopped garlic into the hot oil.
Fry garlic until it starts to get fragrant.
Add pieces of the chicken meat.
Fry until the meat changes color.
Add pieces of the common mushroom.
Cook until the liquid has evaporated.
Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add 1/2-1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce.
Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl.
And then put aside.
Cut 10 wonton pastry in half.
Heat the cooking oil in a wok (for deep-frying).
Put the wonton pastry into the hot oil.
Fry until golden brown.
Remove wonton pastry from the oil.
And then put aside.
Prepare 1-1,5 liter of chicken broth in a cooking pot.
Bring to boil.
Add baso (at will).
Continue cooking.
Add bok choy (at will).
Heat 1 liter of water in a cooking pot.
Put 600-800 grams of noodles into boiling water.
Cook for 5-8 minutes or until al dente.
Drain the noodles.
Chop 1-2 scallions finely.
Prepare servings.
Add the garlic-soy sauce-mixture.
Mix in gently.
Add bok choy (at will).
Add the chicken meat-common mushroom -mixture.
Add the sauce.
Add baso to a separate small bowl (at will).
Add the chicken broth.
Sprinkle with chopped scallion.
Add 1 fried wonton pastry.
Serve.

1 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon pepper powder (1/2-1 teaspoon)
