Prepare the ingredients.
Soak 3-4 dried shiitake mushrooms for at least 30 minutes in water.
Prepare 300-400 grams of sushi rice in a cooking pot.

Add pieces of the beef.
Rub spices evenly over all sides of meat pieces.

Wash 250-300 grams of spinach leaves.
Cut out the hard part of the spinach leaves.
Peel 2-3 carrots.
Cut the carrot into strips.
Remove seeds from 1-2 zucchinis.
Cut the zucchini into strips.
Cut 100-150 grams of common mushroom into thin slices.
Cut 6-10 radishes into thin slices.
Cut the radish into strips.
Drain the dried shiitake mushroom.
Cut the dried shiitake mushroom into strips.
Heat 1-1,5 liter of water in a cooking pot.
Add 100-150 grams of soybean sprouts to boiling water.
Soak for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat ...
Add the spinach leaves to boiling water.
Soak for 1-2 minutes.
Remove it from heat and submerge in a bowl of cold water.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of sauce.
Mix in gently.
Add 1 tablespoon of sauce to the soybean sprouts.
Mix in gently.
Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wok.
Put the beef into the hot oil (with the accompanying sauce).
Fry until the meat changes color.

Put 1 egg into the hot oil.

Add the chili sauce (optional).
Add pieces of the nori (optional).


Bibimbap is a Korean dish, served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with sautéed and seasoned vegetables. A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (usually beef) are common additions. It can be served either cold or hot.

5 tablespoons soy sauce (5 - 7 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon sesame oil (1 - 2 tablespoons)
1⁄2 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons cooking oil (3 - 5 tablespoons)
  chili sauce (or pepper sauce; optional)
  nori (optional)
