Almond ice cream
Prepare ingredients.
Add 150 milliliters of maple syrup to a bowl.
Add 500 grams of whipped cream.
Stir until everything is mixed well.
Add 170 grams of sweetened condensed milk to a bowl.
Beat until fluffy.
Add the maple syrup-whipped cream-mixture.
Stir until everything is mixed well.
Transfer to a bowl.
Store in the freezer for 2 hours.
Take ice cream from the freezer.
Transfer to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add 100-150 grams of grated almond.
Mix in gently.
Transfer to a bowl.
Store in the freezer for 3 hours.
For smooth scooping remove the ice cream from the freezer about 3 minutes before scooping and let it soften slightly at room temperature.
Keep a bowl of hot water within reach. To form a perfectly round ball of ice cream, try to make an “s” motion while you scoop. The swiveling action should be slow and continuous; turn your wrist smoothly as you go.
