Prepare the ingredients.
Prepare 1,5-2 liters of water and 800-1000 grams of beef in a cooking pot.
Add 2 tablespoons of salt.
Add 2-3 bay leaves.
Add pieces of 3 centimeters of galangal.
Bring to a boil.
Cook until beef is done.
Cut the beef sirloin into 5-8 milliliters thick slices.
Pat the beef sirloin until the thickness of about 1 millimeter is achieved.

Add 300 milliliters of coconut milk to the wok.
Prepare 4 garlic cloves.
